Inside The Hayloft
The Hayloft has a reverse living arrangement which closely follows the design of the original Hayloft Barn that once stood in its place. Guests will enter the property using the outside staircase where they will enter the open plan living area with exposed beams and rafters. The living space incorporates a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table for 6 plus a generous lounging area. The kitchen has a fridge and separate freezer, there is a dishwasher and washing machine / drier. There is a gas hob with an electric oven as well as a microwave.
Within the lounge area Guests will be able to use a gas flame fire whilst relaxing in the evenings. The Hayloft has freeview television and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is also a well stocked bookshelf for guests, as well as a box of family board games.
The Hayloft has Gas central heating throughout and the hot water for the Showers and Bath is instant. The Hayloft has oak laminated floors throughout.
Guests can access the ground floor either via a central internal staircase or via an external downstairs door.
Bedroom 1 has a memory foam double bed, built in wardrobe, oak chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, and full length mirror. There is a wall mounted LCD DVD television, digital alarm clock and hair drier. This bedroom has a fully tiled en-suite shower room with an electric shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with oak wardrobes, a dresser and bedside cabinet. There is a vanity unit with mirror and sink. There is also a digital alarm clock and hair drier.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room with two 3ft Divans. There is a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. There is a mirror. Digital clock and hair drier.
The large modern bathroom has a free standing, claw foot bath, twin glass sinks and two LED mirrors. There is a glass cubicled power shower and heated towel rail. The bathroom is fully tiled and also includes a WC.
All linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Towels are not to be taken to the beach. Guests will have access to a large store cupboard with coat hooks which also contains an Ironing board, iron, hoover and dustpan and brush.
